3. Products & Services

Containers of Tampa Bay sells new and used shipping containers in various sizes (including 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft) for purposes including storage, transport, construction, and commercial use. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
• Limit quantities of any product available for purchase.
• Refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
• Correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual containers may vary slightly in appearance, color, or condition, particularly for used containers.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Bank wire transfers for large orders
• Any other methods displayed at checkout

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment transactions. Containers of Tampa Bay does not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a formal Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Containers of Tampa Bay is not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery and customer signature.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided your container has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at info@containersoftampabay.com with your order number. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to a restocking and/or return freight fee. Custom or modified container orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the container arrives materially damaged or substantially different from what was ordered. To initiate a return or refund claim:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@containersoftampabay.com.
• Provide your order number, photographs of the issue, and a written description of the defect.
• Do not move or alter the container before our team has reviewed your claim.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Return freight costs for approved claims will be covered by Containers of Tampa Bay.

9. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected in accordance with our Sales Tax Policy and applicable Florida law (Chapter 212, Florida Statutes). The applicable tax rate is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address. Tax-exempt customers must submit a valid exemption certificate prior to order processing.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from us, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your delivery site meets all access and space requirements as described in our Shipping Policy.
• Obtaining any necessary local permits, zoning approvals, or HOA permissions required to place a container on your property.
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the use, storage, and placement of shipping containers.
• Providing accurate shipping and billing information at the time of purchase.
