At Containers of Tampa Bay, we are committed to delivering your shipping containers safely, on time, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Florida and surrounding regions. All deliveries are made within the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us directly at info@containersoftampabay.com for a custom freight quote.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is completed within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and container availability.

• Estimated Total Lead Time: Up to 9 business days from order placement

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the container size, type, delivery distance, and site accessibility. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We believe in full pricing transparency — there are no hidden fees.

• Customers in the Tampa Bay area may qualify for reduced local delivery rates.
• Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can use this information to monitor your shipment in real time. 5. Delivery Requirements

Shipping containers are large, heavy freight items. To ensure a smooth delivery, please review the following requirements before placing your order:

• A flat, accessible surface must be available at the delivery site (driveway, lot, or ground level).
• The delivery area must allow access for a tilt-bed or flatbed truck. Minimum clearance of 14 feet in height and 12 feet in width is recommended.
• A responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the container.
• If site conditions prevent delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring any local permits or zoning compliance required for container placement at their property, in accordance with Florida Statutes and local municipal codes.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the container upon delivery before signing any delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, discrepancies, or issues with your order:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Take photographs of the damage immediately.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@containersoftampabay.com.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage is considered acceptance of the container in its delivered condition.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Containers of Tampa Bay is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather events (including Florida hurricane season), carrier disruptions, fuel shortages, labor strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule delivery as soon as possible.

8. Florida State Compliance

All sales and deliveries made by Containers of Tampa Bay are subject to applicable Florida state laws, including the Florida Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Florida Consumer Protection Statutes, and any local Tampa or Hillsborough County ordinances. Applicable Florida state sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying local zoning and land-use regulations before placing a container on their property.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the container has not yet been dispatched.
