Last Updated: May, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Containers of Tampa Bay and all purchases made through it. By browsing our website, requesting a quote, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business Information

Legal Name: Containers Of Tampa Bay
Registration Number: P99000014238
Address: 1608 N 43rd St, Tampa, FL 33605, United States
Email: info@containersoftampabay.com

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Florida and U.S. law, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these T&C.

3. Product Listings & Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately describe our shipping containers, including size, condition (new or used), and specifications. However, in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies, we are committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date product data at all times. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product listings at any time.
  • Update product descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
  • Withdraw any product from sale at our sole discretion.
  • Limit quantities available to any customer or region.

Product images are representative only. Used containers may show signs of wear, rust, or surface markings consistent with prior shipping use, which does not constitute a defect unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

4. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable product costs. Shipping fees and sales tax are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before purchase confirmation — in full compliance with Google Merchant Center's pricing transparency requirements. There are no hidden fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged will always be the price shown at the time your order was confirmed.

5. Ordering Process

Submitting an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. No binding contract exists until we send you a written Order Confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability or inventory errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment.
  • Pricing errors or system malfunctions.
  • Inability to deliver to the specified address.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Bank wire transfers (for bulk or high-value orders)
  • Any additional payment methods displayed at checkout

All transactions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store full payment card details. In the event of a failed or disputed payment, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order until the issue is resolved.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected and remitted in accordance with Chapter 212, Florida Statutes and applicable county surtax regulations. Florida's state sales tax rate is 6%, with an additional county discretionary surtax applied to the first $5,000 of the sale based on the delivery county. Tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Tax-exempt buyers must submit a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) or Consumer's Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14) before order processing.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Standard delivery is completed within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery and signed receipt. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and compliant with all local zoning and land-use regulations.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the container has not yet been dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to a restocking and return freight fee. Custom or modified container orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has commenced. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@containersoftampabay.com with your order number.

10. Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the container is delivered with material damage or is substantially different from the confirmed order. To file a claim:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@containersoftampabay.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a written description.
  • Do not move, alter, or use the container until the claim is reviewed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Return freight costs for valid claims are covered by Containers of Tampa Bay.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or products for any of the following purposes:

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Containers of Tampa Bay, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses — including attorney's fees — arising from your violation of these T&C, misuse of our products, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C.

22. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Sales Tax Policy, and Terms of Service, form the entire agreement between you and Containers of Tampa Bay and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
